4. HOW WE HANDLE TAKEDOWN REQUESTS
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

- Process the claim as quickly as possible, typically within 24–72 hours
We may contact the reporting party if additional information is required.
5. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
If you believe that content was removed in error or that you have proper authorization to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court
If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10–14 business days.
6. GOOD FAITH
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
